She's skipping Grey's Anatomy tonight
Right now, as I type this, Graci is assisting an Ob/Gyn in the c-section delivery of twins. We bitch and moan about much studying and little sleep. But, occasionally, we get to pull living human beings out of people. Two at a time.
All I'm saying is...there are worse jobs.
Update: Phone report from Graci...It was sweeeet (and kind of juicy)!

And George delivered a baby last night too!
That's rather more information than we needed, Graci.
Yeah, no one ever mentions the juicy part...
Yup. It can get pretty juicy and spleaachy.
And, what do you think of Grey's now that you are living it? Does it make you mad? I get mad ALL the time if I have to watch that show because it is so fucking far fetched. ER used to be pretty on target until they kept having one disaster after another happen every single night.
Terroni, I was so with you about Grey's last night.
I caught a few minutes of it last night but had to start drinking when one of the residents started resuscitating a deer.
That's right...a deer.
I love Boston Legal. I wonder if that show pisses off real lawyers?
"We get to pull living human beings out of people."
Love it.
That would have to be the most rewarding job in the world; scary but rewarding.
just popped in to see how things were going! I can see things are good...and juicy?! ewwwwww LOL
Glad you liked it, Kate.
I just saw the most beautiful picture of the sea on your site, Madame. Ahh...the sea.
Nina, so glad you stopped! Funny, while you were here, I was visiting your corner of blogville :>
My OB sounded thrilled when she delivered my second baby, and it must have been the nine millionth baby she'd delivered. It has to be the best part of the job.
How WONDERFUL!
