But at least I'm wearing regular pants

Test is over! And it went just fine.

These tests have gotten a lot easier--not the material, but the actual test taking. Last year, I woke up at 4 am before my first medical school exam to have four solid (or rather not-so-solid) hours of diarrhea. I didn't feel all that nervous, but apparently med school scared the shit out of my bowels, literally. This pleasant little ritual continued for most of my first year. A few tests in, I came to expect it and had gotten pretty good at reclining on the nearby sink and catching up on some light sleep.

I don't have a lot of spare weight to lose, though. By the time the 8 am test rolled around, I looked scary. Nicole Ricci Olsen twin scary. Plus, I had to wear the same damn outfit to every exam--gray, draw-string sweatpants. Why? Because they were the only things that I could keep on what was left of my ass.

But today...today I wore jeans! That's right, I have since grown out of my go-like-a-son-of-a-bitch routine and back into my wardrobe. This morning, I told my roommate, "Well, I don't know all the pharmacology, but at least I'm wearing regular pants!"

my grandmother did nursing school, i don't know the ins and outs but i know she ended up with something like a Master's in nursing...she had to work on cadavers and all of that. she actually ended up being hospitalized before a couple of her exams, her anxiety was so bad. she would get horrible stomach problems, it was ridiculous. me? i like tests. i don't know why, but i've always responded well to that sort of pressure. too bad i suppose, because i could stand to lose about half an ass worth of myself.

Have I mentioned how I usually get a good laugh out of your posts and comments?

I'm glad you're done with tests scaring the 'shit' out of you. Ya know? I wouldn't mind dropping some weight, but not that way.

Loved your comment about the mannequin.

I never got diarrhea....but I did get migraines. Really bad ones. The kind where you feel like there is a burning hot fork going into your left eye. Uh huh.

And as soon as I left school, they completely stopped. Completely. So, let's just hope you can still shit when it is all over.

And I would LOVE to be worried about having no ass. In fact, I think I may have both of ours. So, anytime you want it back, it's yours.

Oh, geeze, I know just what you're going through. Right before tests, right before flying, right before a trip - I get a case of loose bowels. (Stop laughing. It ain't funny. Stop it!)

But you know girl, I wish I had your problem. I hate girls with no ass, because I've got more ass than I care to see in 3-way mirror.

Nope. No sympathy from me.
